Hello Deborah,

Hope you are doing well in your course!  Thanks for taking the time to send me a message.  Everything is going well.  I received the keys on Friday and I am just about to meet with the movers at  10:00 am. this morning for the deliver of some of the furniture.  I get the bed set today however, the buffet table/TV stand I ordered will not arrive until August 8th. 

When I walked in to the apartment yesterday by myself, as soon as I opened the blue door, I felt that it was the right place for me.  It was a good decision.  I thank you for being so patient with me.  We travelled from the water's edge to 5 mins from where I work.  I met with Geza on Thursday night  and we have a good talk.  The warranty on the appliances have run out but I did get a booklet from him regarding the home buyers agreement.  They are a very nice couple I think I was very fortunate to have had them as previous owner's.  And extremely fortuante to have found you as a realtor.

I had a rough time during this process with the dog, and previous experience trying to find apartment on my own and with other realtors.  But, I am so glad that with you, I had the most positive experience in buying my first home.

Again, I want to thank you for all you did for me.  And for sure, we will get together next week.  I will probably feel more settled once all the furniture arrrives.
